**Northern Rivers In Home Care is a not for profit approved In Home Care Provider on the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers areas. In Home Child Care is an education funded by the Australian Government Department of Education. It is designed to help families who have no access to existing child care services or families whose circumstances mean that existing child care cannot meet their needs.**

We are currently looking for a professional and qualified Early Childhood Educator to care for two children who are 7 and 9 years old in Springfield Lakes with **Before and After School Care and some weekend care**. For this role flexibility will be required as the mum is a shift worker so hours will/can vary week to week.

You will need a reliable care and drivers licence. Care is provided in the families home.

**Example of shifts**:
**Morning shift: 5.45am to 8.45am**

**Afternoon shift: 2.45pm to 6pm**

**Weekends overnight shift: 11pm to 7am**

**Days will vary due to the mothers roster.**

**Start date**:
ASAP

**Hourly Rate**:
$35.00 per hour inclusive of Superannuation

**Qualifications and Criteria required**:

- _**Certificate III in Children’s Services or working towards**_
- _**18 years old +**_
- _**Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate - Childcare First Aid Training**_
- _**Blue Card and Police Clearance**_
- _**Liability insurance (once successfully placed with a family approx. $10.00 per week)**_
- _**Medical Clearance**_
- _**Child Protection (refresher required every 2 years)**_
- _**ABN**_
- _**Photo ID**_
- _**PRODA RA (the office will assist you with this)**_

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to $35.00 per hour
