At Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes, our purpose-built 75-place centre offers warm, engaging learning environments and nature-inspired outdoor spaces — complete with sandpits, a bike track, climbing wall, bush tucker garden, teepee, and veggie patches — encouraging curiosity, discovery, and a love of learning.
We are looking for a passionate Lead Educator to join our growing team. This is your opportunity to step into a permanent full-time role where your leadership will make a real impact in shaping young lives.
The Role:
As a Lead Educator, you'll play a key role in creating high-quality educational programs, mentoring educators in your room, and building strong, positive relationships with families and the wider team. Your leadership and creativity will guide a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
What You'll Need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- First Aid Certificate with training in Asthma & Anaphylaxis
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
- Proven experience leading a room or acting in a similar leadership role
- Ability to mentor, support, and inspire your team
- Strong planning, documentation, and communication skills
