We are looking for a passionate Lead Educator to join our growing team. This is your opportunity to step into a permanent full-time role where your leadership will make a real impact in shaping young lives.

The Role:

As a Lead Educator, you'll play a key role in creating high-quality educational programs, mentoring educators in your room, and building strong, positive relationships with families and the wider team. Your leadership and creativity will guide a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

What You'll Need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • First Aid Certificate with training in Asthma & Anaphylaxis
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
  • Proven experience leading a room or acting in a similar leadership role
  • Ability to mentor, support, and inspire your team
  • Strong planning, documentation, and communication skills
