**The role**
The Project Management Leads partner with the business to plan and deliver a suite of corporate projects and change initiatives. These roles will lead continuous development and improvement in project management across the organisation.
These roles contribute as a project lead and business lead, and identify and articulate the need for change and to facilitate that change.
**What you’ll bring**
- A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in project management.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience in end-to-end delivery of corporate and technology projects including preparation of project briefs, resource planning, management of quality (scope), systems and processes, and governance.
- Ability to actively identify, document, monitor and escalate risks (Manage risks, actions, issues, and deliverables - RAID).
- Ability to provide timely high-level advice to management on project related issues that show understanding of technology integration and broader architecture.
- Skills to liaise and work with a wide range of internal stakeholders including facilitating meetings and workshops to collaboratively deliver projects.
- Experience delivering technical components of projects whilst ensuring alignment with Change Management activities to support people during the change.
