**About the role**:
As an important member of the HR team in the APAC region, the HR Generalist is responsible for the internal coordination of HR functions and tasks execution for the ANZ region. Based in Sydney, we are looking for a multi-tasking and self-motivated administrator to HR services and support. Through the combination of their own professional skills with active critical thinking, they ensure the smooth running of the HR functions in the region.

**A day in the life of our HR Generalist**:

- Employee relationship management:

- Recruitment: Oversee ANZ recruitment such as JD posting, filing, resume sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, updating recruitment trackers, negotiating offer, recruitment analysis, recruiter management, etc.
- Oversee in-country compliance with company policies & local regulations.
- Oversee administration of remuneration documents, to include employee share plan documentation.
- Deal with other urgent cases and Ad-hoc projects related to HR function.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor's Degree or above in human resources, business administration or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR work experience, preferably in ASX 100 companies.
- Experience in employee relationships management, recruiting is preferred.
- Work in the office is required.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Teamwork and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in both written and oral English, other languages are plus.
- Proactive, problem-solving skills, able & willing to take responsibility.
- Detail oriented a must.
