**Gympie Motorcycles are currently seeking a Parts & Service advisor.**

Gympie Motorcycles is one of Australia’s most reputable dealers. With a large selection of Kawasaki, Mahindra, Rover, and Cub Cadet Products and Accessories in stock, we cater to all needs big or small.

In this position, your day will be busy and filled with variety. You will utilize your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the customer for Parts & Service. Your main responsibility will be liaising with the service & Parts department customers, both face to face and over the phone.

**Your day will consist of**:

- Taking customer enquiries and service bookings
- Determining the customers' needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
- Following the progress of the vehicles throughout the course of the service and keeping the customers informed
- Ordering and Selling parts & accessories
- Providing quotes
- Providing superior customer service.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, has a strong work ethic and who can be accountable for the success of the department and customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Overtime
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gympie QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Saturday work: 1 year (preferred)
- Service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Automotive / Motorcycles: 1 year (preferred)
