_**We are looking for a Parts & Service advisor for our Service Department at Gympie motorcycles.**_

At Trio, we believe in old-fashioned service with a smile. We offer sound advice and will happily answer all questions or queries our customers have about our Services. Our award winning after-service care backs up our commitment to every customer. In this position, your day will be busy and filled with variety. You will utilize your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the Company and the customer for Parts & Service. Your main responsibility will be liaising with the service & Parts department customers, both face to face and over the phone.

**_Your day will consist of: _**
- Taking customer enquiries and service bookings
- Determining the customers' needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
- Following the progress of the vehicles throughout the course of the service and keeping the customers informed
- Ordering and Selling parts & accessories
- Providing quotes
- Providing superior customer service.
- Ability to Walk up & down from the workshop throughout the day.
- Follow up Customers after they have been in for a service.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Parts Advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Service Advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Background in Anything Motorcycles/Trucks /Cars: 1 year (preferred)
- Inventory control: 1 year (preferred)
- Making sure every customer Leaves Happy: 1 year (preferred)
- Work on Saturday Morning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Open Car Licence (preferred)
