ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE?
The Distribution Centre Operations Manager in conjunction with the Distribution Centre Manager is responsible for creating a safe and operationally efficient Distribution Centre with particular focus on all inbound and outbound functions within the Distribution Centre.
Hours op opertation for our WA DC are 7am-3pm, however the hours for this role will be 9am-5pm, with a view to change these to a 10am-6pm schedule.
ABOUT YOU
To success in this role, you will bring with you high levels of numeracy, abstract reasoning,and critical thinking skills. You have experience in people management, coaching, mentoring and developing other team members, and can demonstrate your previous success in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
You are hands on, and have no problems with jumping in and helping your team out on the floor when required.
Having a forklift license is ideal, but not essential, however if you do not have one, you would be willing to get one
