**About you**:
You are a highly skilled and motivated Snr Marketing Automation Specialist with extensive experience managing marketing automation or CRM tools such as Microsoft D365 Customer Journeys, Salesforce, Braze, Marketo, Adobe, or Pardot.
This role requires a deep understanding of growth marketing, digital marketing, and performance marketing strategies to drive revenue and optimize customer journeys.

- Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM tools (Microsoft D365 Customer Journeys, Salesforce, Braze, Marketo, Adobe, Pardot).
- Develop and execute growth marketing, digital marketing, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive digital B2B and B2B2C business growth.
- Analyze and optimize customer journeys and marketing funnels to increase revenue.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
- Drive change and innovation within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
**What experience do you need?**:
- Proven experience managing marketing automation or CRM tools (Microsoft D365 Customer Journeys, Salesforce, Braze, Marketo, Adobe, Pardot).
- Strong knowledge of growth marketing, digital marketing, and performance marketing principles.
- Experience working in digital B2B or B2B2C environments, with a close collaboration with sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize customer journeys and parts of the marketing funnel to drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in using data for decision-making and performance measurement.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
