Our PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

We are seeking a highly driven commercial manager to join the Australian SMB team who will be responsible for portfolio management and driving SMB commercial initiatives.

**Your way to impact**
- Deeply interrogate and monitor performance through the user journey to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that use the levers of product, pricing, marketing, sales, support, and more to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through deep data analytics.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Leverage emerging technology and capabilities being built across the organisation. Localise and roll out these capabiltiies to drive business growth.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive and execute on program across the AU market to deliver revenue and margin growth for the SMB segment
**Your day-day you will**
- Develop a deep understanding of the SMB business across Australia, including growth drivers
- Monitor key metrics and KPIs to track progress against growth goals and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
- Leverage data to enable strategies and enable growth for the SMB segment
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, support, risk, finance, and in market leaders to prioritize and execute the introduction and adoption of new offerings, cross-sell and upsell into the user base, and enable optimizations
- Understand the end-to-end customer journey, and use qualitative and data-driven insights to segment, measure, and optimize the performance of growth initiatives
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to product growth and user acquisition

- Ability to construct strategy and business recommendations, structuring data into insights.
- Experience in leading and influencing large cross-functional teams to a clear outcome
- Experience in business case development, market and opportunity sizing and preparing strategic recommendations for senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics while not losing sight of details
- Combination of strategic thinking with hands on execution
- Very strong customer focus, naturally including customer perspective in plans, decisions and actions
