The role of their Sydney office is to oversee all investments inclusive of private equity, venture capital and proprietary trading within the family office.
**This Sydney office is seeking a team assistant/ office manager to support the team.**
**Primary responsibilities**:
- Administrative duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office, including but not limited to:
- Prepare, print and distribute reports and mail
- Organise office and files
- Processing expenses in a timely manner
- Meet and greet clients/ guests
- Organise travel including booking flights and accommodation.
- Someone who is able to be a team manager for the staff in the Sydney office, that will include tasks from managing bookings for team members to sitting in on meetings and taking notes.
- Someone who will be able to manage the office, take delivery of packages, send packages, keep the kitchen tidy and assist in organising lunches, coffees and others tasks for the people in the office.
- Someone who is able to handle tasks around filing, document management and preparation of reports for end of periods. Data entry will be involved in this so an understanding of Excel is required.
- They are a small office of 6 or 7 people so someone who is independent enough to potentially work alone on some days.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
