**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Analyst to join our team at Ventia. In this role you will provide support for Projects when facing system issues or updates.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving issues in timely manner.
- Assist IT project and business improvement teams in testing system changes.
- Document, prioritise and communicate business requirements.
- Undertake other ad-hoc support related duties as requested by Operations lead and managers.

**Key Skills and Abilities**:

- Prior experience within a similar role.
- Understanding of systems, reporting and analysis.
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving capacity and critical thinking ability.
