**The Role**:Level 2 Desktop Support

**Position requirements**:

- At least 3+ years of IT industry experience
- At least 2 years of solid Level 2 experience
- Experience with Service Now
- Microsoft Windows experience mandatory
- Experience with active directory required

**About You**:

- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
- Demonstrating initiative and proactive mindset about work duties
- Team player
- Ability to individually contribute within the team.
- IT degree and/or certifications
