The physical capability to carry out a range of household tasks

**What are the minimum requirements?**
Be eligible to work in Australia
Current "C" class Qld driver's licence
A roadworthy, registered and full comprehensive insured vehicle
Blue Card and an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or current Yellow Card)
A First Aid/CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate

**Are formal qualifications needed?**
A Certificate III Individual Support Aged Care/Disability is preferred, but not essential. We can support you with training and work without this qualification.

**How much will you get paid?**
You will be paid in accordance with the SCHADS Award or Contractual Agreement with a pay rate with relevant experience starts at $29.89/hr for Casuals. There are additional penalty rates for broken shift allowance, weekends, travel, overnights and public holidays.

Employees use their own car to transport clients and travel between shifts
(where applicable) Kilometre allowance per 1 km = $0.92 whilst on shift.
**Sleepovers**
Allowance paid between 10pm and 6am or 11pm and 7am of $100 + disturbances
