Our client, a leader in design and home innovation is seeking an experienced Production Manager with proven experience with LEAN manufacturing.

**The Role**

A permanent position is available in the beautiful Gold Coast location of Burleigh Heads. You will have an eye for design, strong attention to detail and leadership capabilities.

You will have a proven technical aptitude, combined with an engaging approach to team development and a wide understanding of operational functions inclusive of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and LEAN.
- Leadership and coordination of shifts across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people.
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.
- Carry out Forecast Analysis to support the Production Master Plan.
- Review scheduling and procurement requirements and ensure customer orders are manufactured within scheduled deadlines supporting production optimisation.
- Communicate customer needs, specifications, product standards, techniques, and tools to support daily task.

**About You**
- Exposure or experience within concrete fabrication, glass fabrication or equivalent.
- Experience in concrete formulation is desirable.
- Leadership and coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritise and schedule work and to operate with mínimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to safety.
