As the Product Innovation Manager, you will play a key role in shaping their product portfolio and ensuring the delivery of exceptional travel packages.

A vital aspect of the role involves evaluating and analysing opportunities and the market to aid in the development of new products.

**About the role**:

- Stay updated on emerging trends within the travel industry.
- Take charge of developing innovative products.
- Identify, create, and acquire exclusive products for inclusion in Ignite Holiday Packages.
- Offer a diverse range of products, such as hotel and resort extras, sightseeing attractions, and transportation services.
- Ensure efficient management and smooth operations of all products.
- Handle end-to-end negotiations and contracts related to product procurement.
- Conduct analysis to evaluate the commercial potential of products and services, and lead trials and market testing through concept refinement and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with Product Directors/Managers across various destinations to enhance product offerings.

**About you**:

- Possess experience in product and solution development within the travel industry.
- Experience using Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo or similar GDS
- Demonstrated track record of developing innovative products and services.
- Focus on innovation and continual improvement.
- Maintain a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think creatively, freely, and outside the box.
