**About the Role**

Working alongside the Director, you will play a critical role in ISLA’s development across multiple aspects of the business and can make a meaningful impact on the way we operate.
The primary focus of this role is national off and on premise sales, business development, as well as overseeing production and logistics. We are looking for an individual with a high level of experience in the beverage industry and a deep knowledge of the retail environment.
Developing and nurturing valuable relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers is essential. The ability to consistently influence, negotiate and work with them on creating and implementing successful and innovative strategies relies on relationships built on trust and respect.
The role requires a deep understanding of all relevant channels within the beverage and hospitality market and how to engage customers to support our current range and new product launches.

- Developing and implementing creative growth strategies to support the company’s strategic plan
- Procuring new business and nurturing business relationships
- Develop and manage strong retailer and supplier relationships, negotiating mutually beneficial terms of trade
- Oversee and manage production and distribution
- Manage and present financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and gross margins
- Introduce new processes and software to improve business practices and efficiencies
- Managing sales and developing sales teams
**What do you need?**
You will be a natural leader, comfortable dealing with change, and love a fast-paced environment. You will act as the brand ambassador for ISLA and proactively build strategic influence over the company and market. We have built a down-to-earth, open, and approachable culture and are seeking someone who shares these values with us.
Ideally you have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beverage or hospitality industry
- Degree in business management or a master’s in business administration
- Excellent communication skills and can communicate at all levels
- Relevant production and sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
- Charisma to be engaging and motivational with great interpersonal skills with strong customer service ethics
- Highly organised and initiative driven with a flexible attitude and mindset
