West HQ is seeking a dedicated and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premier entertainment and leisure destination. As a Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our venue, maintaining the satisfaction of our guests, and upholding the highest standards of service excellence and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle all escalated customer queries and complaints with diplomacy and tact, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the appearance and performance of all club staff and club facilities, ensuring that a high standard is maintained at all times to enhance the overall guest experience
- Deliver professional customer service to maintain and retain members, creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering long-term relationships with our valued customers.
- Ensure that all incidents and injuries are reported promptly, following proper procedures, and assist in conducting investigations as necessary to maintain safety and security within the venue.
- Lead by example, proactively communicate and reinforce operational, legislative and regulatory requirements, taking appropriate action when breaches of policy and procedures occur.
- Provide first aid to staff and customers as needed.
- Act as the Chief Warden and RSA Marshall for the Club.

**What you will need to be considered?**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
- A proven ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
- Demonstrated sound judgement and accurate decision making ability.
- Current RSA, RCG, and Advanced RCG certifications.
- Valid First Aid, CPR and Advanced Resuscitation Certificates.
- Relevant Diploma / Degree qualifications (desirable).
- Willingness to work a roster with a variety of shifts including; mornings, afternoons, nights, over nights, weekends and public holidays.
