We are continuing to add to our significant renovations and we are seeking an energetic, passionate and experienced **Duty Manager** to join our team as we grow.

The successful applicant will need to lead by example, be prepared to go the extra mile for our customers and be looking to progress their hospitality career. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated, experienced operator who is keen to join a team of hospitality lovers and become an integral part of a progressive hotel group. You will become part of our management team, leading and mentoring front of house staff and provide guidance and supervision across the team in all departments, working closely with the General Manager.

You will need to have at least 2 years’ demonstrated experience as a Duty Manager, in a similar multi-faceted venue, across all aspects of Food, Beverage, TAB and Gaming.

Given the hands-on nature of this role you will be to be required to work weekends, late nights (3am close) and public holidays on a varied roster including both opening and closing shifts. Current NSW RSA/RCG competency card is essential.

- Experienced with TAB and Keno
