**Customer Experience Coordinator**

The Shoe Group (TSG) - Spendless Shoes is one of Australia’s largest shoe retailers with over 200 stores around Australia with a suite of labels such as Spendless, Corasol, Wildfire, Vybe, Everflex & Olympus Shoes.

We are seeking a** Customer Experience Coordinator** for** 1 day per week (Wednesdays 9am -5pm)** with the potential for career progression. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their career in Retail/ Administration or a student in the process of completing their studies in fields such as Communications, or Business.

This role will see you focus on customer service as you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will respond to an array of customer queries through phone, social media and Zendesk (live chat, tickets, and contact forms). As well as assisting the operations team in an administrative capacity on an ad-hoc basis. There is a real focus on people, offering a supportive and positive environment where everyone is valued, and recognised.

**Tasks will include**:

- Process phone orders for customers
- Communicating with our stores regarding customer orders/enquiries
- Reviewing orders and advising customers of progress or action taken
- Liaise with the stores on Click & Collect fail picks and SLA breaches
- Process a small number of Click & Collects
- Manage all incoming mail
- General administration responsibilities as directed and needed for all areas of the business
- Damaged stock approvals
- Managing the front reception desk with visitors and couriers to our Support Centre
- Ensure a customer focus at all times
