**About the client**:

Working in partnership with Coty, **Clemenger Field Marketing** is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive **Field Team Leader. **You will take responsibility for the overall performance and retail executional standards of your **dedicated Merchandising Team**across **NSW and ACT.**

We are ideally looking for a **collaborative leader** that can bring sales coaching experience in a retail or Field Marketing environment as well as drive fresh insights & ideas. If you have been a Sales Executive or Merchandiser and are looking for a step up in your career, this role could also be for you.

**About You**:

- Experience in team management or a similar role is essential
- Previous experience in Merchandising planogram work is an advantage
- Comfortable travelling to uncovered areas to assist with field work
- Able to complete tasks thoroughly and with high attention to detail
- Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
- **Car and valid driver’s licence.**
