**About You**

You are delivery focused, striving for great customer outcomes. You have leadership experience in project and stakeholder management, business improvement or business analysis. You will be responsible for managing remediation projects and managing agile delivery squad(s). You will be required to oversee your squad(s) to conduct thorough root cause / impact analysis, liaising with senior stakeholders from across various business lines. Your team will develop complex business solutions in conjunction with the business or other delivery programs. You will communicate effectively with senior leaders on the progress of remediation activities and provide recommendations and support to the development of the Business & Private Bank Remediation & Regulatory Response function.

**Your Skills and Experience**

You will be a leader with outstanding communication, influencing and relationship building skills that allow you to expertly engage with and manage your stakeholders. You will be an energetic and engaging performer with excellent written, analytical and communication skills. You can also demonstrate:

You will be part of the Remediation & Regulatory Response team. As a team we take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of remediation events, from understanding the root cause of an issue and the size of the impact to customers and the bank, designing and implementing solutions to prevent ongoing detriment, and finally remediating customers, both financially and non-financially.
