Remedial Project Director

This is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall direction and management of remedial projects.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a strong background in safety regulations and quality standards related to remedial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Estimate project costs and prepare comprehensive bids.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- 10+ years management experience in remedial residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards related to remedial projects.
- Proven ability to estimate project costs and prepare bids.
- Experience working with remedial builders, certifiers, and strata managers.
