Remedial Project Lead
We are seeking a skilled Remedial Project Lead to drive the growth of our remedial division. The successful candidate will have a strong background in management, with 5+ years of experience in leading residential remedial projects.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee cladding, waterproofing, concrete remediation (spalling repair), and structural rectification works from concept to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Evaluate project costs and prepare detailed bids.
- Foster new business opportunities to propel the growth of the fire upgrade division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting are completed accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- 5+ years leadership experience in remedial residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards related to remedial projects.
- A robust network in the VIC construction and insurance space.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate project costs and prepare bids.
- Experience working with remedial builders, certifiers, and strata managers.
