**About Us**

Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, with the confidence to influence and negotiate optimum recruitment outcomes
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for bulk roles, including developing and reviewing position descriptions, providing advice on best practice advertising and ensure approvals processes and procedures are followed by the Talent Acquisition team.
- Assist and support the Talent Acquisition team and the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, in process improvement activities, including the preparation of reports on monthly recruitment activity, on projects and ad-hoc duties as required.

**About You**
- Demonstrated success in leading recruitment campaigns or managing high volume recruitment, with ability to project manage end to end recruitment activities.
- Knowledge of contemporary attraction and recruitment practices and an innovative approach to recruitment activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or working towards) or equivalent experience (desirable).
