**The Company**

Our client has been operating in the product development and electronic engineering industry for over 25 years. They are a leading provider of special electronic product designs, manufacturing and repair services offering an end-to-end solution to their business associates. Their product design and development hub is supported by an in-house manufacturing facility.

Their business model has been a proven success, and subsequently their client portfolio has grown rapidly. As a result, they are going through a strategic growth phase and are expanding their business globally.

**You will be involved in, but not limited to**:

- Performance Management of production leaders and operators including attendance, efficiencies, quality and behaviour
- Leading, delegating, controlling, and coordinating the activities of the department they are assigned to
- Assign duties, evaluate and review the workload of all production employees
- Efficiently drive productivity, attaining better efficiency and effective labour cost
- Ensuring quality control specifications and compliance
- Attain production KPIs and meet delivery requirements per line item
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing environment in a similar environment
- Effectively handle materials control inside production area from input to output process
- Maintain and promote employee safety and morale
- Identify training gaps within the team and implement cross-training strategies in order to maintain and key skills

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Trade, technical or tertiary education certificates in a technical environment - **_highly regarded_**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Production Supervisor capacity in a Manufacturing environment
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Possess good decision making & strong leadership skills, problem solving techniques, articulate with technical terms
- "Make things happen" attitude
- Experience in ISO 90001 and/or AS9100 standards - **_highly desirable_**:

- ERP/MRP Knowledge

**On Offer**:
Day shift hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

Competitive salary range negotiable dependent on skills and experience.

**In line with Company Policy, Covid vaccinations are required for this role.
