**The Company**

Our client has been operating in the product development and electronic engineering industry for over 25 years. They are a leading provider of special electronic product designs, manufacturing and repair services offering an end-to-end solution to their business associates. Their product design and development hub is supported by an in-house manufacturing facility.

Their business model has been a proven success, and subsequently their client portfolio has grown rapidly. As a result, they are going through a strategic growth phase and are expanding their business globally.

**You will be involved in, but not limited to**:

- Ensuring that assigned tasks are performed with the highest quality level.
- Ensuring units produced inspected pass the required criteria and specifications.
- Inspecting the required number of units on the assigned work center for the assigned working hours and shift.
- Adhering to SOP's
- Ensuring that system transactions are done aligned with the movement of actual units on each control point
- Assist in compliance to quality management systems
- Identify skills and training required, Implement and follow 5S practices and Review current processes for opportunities for improvement

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Minimum 5 years Supervisory Experience from related Industry and experience in Quality Inspection or Assurance within manufacturing environment and ISO9000, ISO13485 and AS9100 Quality systems
- Prior experience with customer-based type environment - **_highly advantageous_**:

- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- "Make things happen" attitude
- Diploma, Certificate or Trade graduate - **_highly advantageous_**

**On Offer**:
Day shift hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

Competitive salary range negotiable dependent on skills and experience.

**In line with Company Policy, Covid vaccinations are required for this role.
