Redpath Mining has been given the opportunity to recruit experienced GRADER OPERATOR to join the Cannington ROM team which forms part of the broader South32 Cannington underground operation, 200km from Cloncurry in North-West Queensland.

**About the role**

The position is full time and long-term with full job security, holidays and sick leave accrued. You will receive ongoing support and training and enjoy the following benefits:

- Great hourly rates + super paid on all hours
- Working on 7 days on 7 days off roster rotating day and night shift, 12 hour shifts
- Accommodation + meals + PPE provided.
- FIFO available from Brisbane, Townsville & Cairns

**The role involves**
- Grade decline and levels and service work as required and operate the water truck for control of dust in underground workings,
- Conduct proactive roadway repairs,
- Ensure the safe and efficient completion of all tasks as assigned by Supervisor,
- Ensure machinery used is cleaned and serviced regularly and any mechanical issues or damage is reported immediately.

**We are looking for**
- Experience in the operation of graders and road maintenance machinery in an underground environment,
- Nationally accredited Grader ticket/Licence,
- Valid manual drivers licence,
- A work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto Consider it done — safely.
