**Responsibilities**:

- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders to move materials and earth
- Conduct pre-start checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow project specifications to perform tasks such as excavation, grading, and leveling of land
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members to coordinate activities and ensure project timelines are met
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or repairs needed
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations on site
- Keep accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs
- Maintain a clean and organised work area

**Requirements**:

- Must have one or more of the relevant tickets (Bobcat, Digger, Roller, Grader, Excavator or Dozer)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- GPS and Final trim experience desired
