About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our civil construction team on a major road infrastructure project on the Bruce Highway. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving precise final trim levels to specification, working on a well-maintained fleet with GPS/UTS enabled plant.

The project is located about 100 km south of Cairns on the Bruce Highway. A work vehicle, accommodation and meals will be provided.

Available as DIDO/FIFO position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Grader to achieve final trim accuracy in line with TMR standards
  • Work with GPS / UTS systems
  • Read and interpret civil plans and drawings
  • Perform daily pre-starts and minor machine checks
  • Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and fellow operators to meet daily targets
  • Follow safety protocols and contribute to a strong safety culture
About You
  • Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator in civil road construction
  • High-level final trim skills with tight tolerances
  • GPS / UTS experience
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • RII ticket for Grader operation
  • Current driver's license
  • Positive attitude, team player, and safety-first mindset
