**Description**:
We are looking for an experienced, high calibre Associate Director to lead an innovative 3-year pilot program in collaboration with the Victorian government.

The successful applicant will work closely with a range of key stakeholders to ensure delivery of a Master of Social Work curriculum to fast-track suitable recruits into social welfare. Extensive knowledge of the child and family services sector is required for the role in addition to specific content knowledge related to the tertiary education sector, Master of Social Work qualifications, curriculum design, and the attraction and retention of students.
