Located on level 2 of the MidCity centre and spanning 4,437 sqm, our Pitt Street club is everything you’ll ever need, right in the middle of the CBD. Inside you’ll find 7 group exercise studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa & sauna, indoor climbing wall, relaxing sleep pods, luxury changeroom amenities, and a spacious café and lounge area, perfect for unwinding or catching up on work.

**The gig**:

- Deliver both a preventative and reactive maintenance schedule safely, on time and within budget. It’s all about ensuring a fully functional, compelling and safe environment for our members in our St Leonards and Pitt St Clubs.
- Create a Planned Preventative Maintenance program and oversee minor repairs and reactive maintenance for air conditioning, heating, aquatics and the likes.
- Ensure contractors deliver in line with their service level agreements and to agreed outcomes.
- Resolve maintenance issues fast with your gusto for all things repair & maintenance and complete clocklike efficiency of reporting.
**All about you**:

- You’re motivated, honest and genuine with relevant facility property maintenance (including HVAC) experience and your First Aid. You may also have a relevant trade qual (electrical desirable).
- You’re multi-skilled and have a good knowledge of building services and regulatory compliance across facilities.
- You get a kick out of tracking all repairs, maintenance and contractors in line with budget while also ensuring SLA’s are delivered.
- You can explain the nuts and bolts of building maintenance to almost anyone and are comfortable communicating at all levels.
- You take pride in the presentation of your property and thinking up new ways to improve our carbon footprint and reduce utility consumption.
