**The Company**

A major Australian Bank is looking to transform the way they use customer data to engage and retain customers. They have a brand new opportunity for a Campaign Analyst to join their dynamic team and support and advise their Marketing partners on their customer targeted initiatives through direct marketing and digital channels.

**The Role**

This is an exciting time for the business since they have massive projects within the Marketing, Campaigns, and Insights Analytic space - as a KYC Campaign Analyst you will effectively build, execute, and deploy customer communication strategies across all channels, online and offline, working effectively with key stakeholders.

Working with a passionate Senior Manager you will provide customer insights and deliver KYC BTL marketing campaigns, based on data experience and leading-edge analysis techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse campaign results and continually add value through insight and process improvement.
- Advises on customer targeting and segmentation to ensure the relevancy of communications to drive high response and conversion rates
- End to end campaign delivery including planning, sizing, list extractions and campaign reporting and testing, and maintenance
- Work closely with inter-departmental and cross-functional teams to provide data driven insights to optimise marketing campaigns
- Proactively look for continuous improvements through greater standardisation, speed, simplicity or automation of Analysis or Campaign processes.

**About You**
- A **minimum of 2-3 year's experience** across Campaign Analytic - with experience in customer campaign execution, including campaign planning and sizing, list extraction, and campaign reporting methodologies.
- **Minimum 3 years' experience** in SQL or SAS, database query and analysis
- **Knowledge in campaign a/b testing, and experience in building campaigns using Unica or similar tools a big plus**:

- Proficiency in most MS Applications
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and other Data Visualisation Tools a big plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
