**Salesforce Associate Functional Consultant**

ProQuest Consulting is a Sydney-based Summit Partner with over 15 years of experience delivering powerful multi-cloud Salesforce solutions using our own very disciplined Agile PQScrum framework. Working across various industries including Public Sector, Energy, Manufacturing and Financial Services.

We are looking for an Associate Functional Consultant who's passionate about Salesforce and how technology can transform business models and processes. Working alongside a team of highly-skilled experts, you will be exposed to a variety of challenging projects across multiple sectors, assisting with the creation of innovative Salesforce solutions that help our clients solve real business problems.

**Knowledge and Experience required for this role**
- At least 1+ years experience from within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience of working in an Agile software delivery environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related diploma.
- Ideally a Salesforce Certification such as Administrator.
- Ability to understand business processes and experience of working with customers on requirements gathering.
- Skilled at problem solving and a high attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen to solve and work on challenging projects and like stepping outside of your comfort zone.
- A growth mindset with a commitment to self-learning and knowledge development.
- A strong believer in continuous improvement.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently using collaborative web-based tools.
