**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for Centre Manager to join the team at Regency Park toprovide leadership and motivation to the team as well as having a significant impact on the day-to-day business operations.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day to day operational running of the site. This permanent full-time role.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- ** Production Workshop Management**:oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
- ** Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management**:ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- ** Customer Service and Stakeholder Management**:provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
- ** Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration**:ensure the site is operating profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance.
- ** Leadership and People Management**:oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
- ** Work Health and Safety (WHS)**:ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
