**THE ROLE**

A fast-paced full-time **Internal Recruitment/HR admin **position (12-Month Contract) reporting to the People & Performance Manager:

- **Day-to-day delivery of end-to-end internal recruitment services**:

- Assisting with basic HR enquiries
- Maintain the personnel database and files (HRIS)
- Review and update the HR and WHS intranet pages to be an effective communication tool and increasing staff engagement levels
- Provide administrative support for learning & development activities

**WHAT YOU HAVE**
- Proven experience in **Recruitment & HR Administration/Coordination** (ideally 3 years minimum)****:

- Strong Microsoft Office skills - **Word & PowerPoint**:

- Positive can-do attitude with a general love for everything HR
- Ability to problem solve and think "outside the box"
- Excellent communication skills - ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders a must
