**Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert strategic and operational advice to CCQ senior leaders and managers on workforce management matters including best practice approaches to staff support and wellbeing and addressing psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
Negotiate and manage engagement of an external provider to deliver tailored psychological support to CCQ registry staff, including monitoring contract deliverables, compiling feedback for senior leaders and managers, and coordinating and monitoring participation in group sessions.
Lead the design, development and implementation of CCQ wellbeing strategies, initiatives and projects to foster a culture of trauma-informed service delivery, self-care and wellbeing.
Develop systems and processes to monitor outcomes and benefits realisation for projects.
Prepare project plans, memorandums, correspondence, presentations and reports for senior leaders and managers.
Utilise available workforce data and resources to deliver client-focused services and insights.
Build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders, including internal departmental stakeholders, to understand workplace requirements and build on existing practices.
Undertake other tasks and activities as directed by the Executive Director, CCQ and Manager, Business Services.
