**About this role**:
This hybrid position of EA and office manager position is within an established property development company, that have a renowned reputation for providing expectational project management in the development of workplace and education facilities. In this role, you will be overseeing the diary management and coordination for the two directors, and ensuring their time is being used efficiently. You will support with meeting arrangements for external meeting/conferences, as well as, planning their domestic/international travel when required. Alongside EA duties, you will also be supporting the wider team with assisting with day-to-day operations, and, consistently ensuring the team is best equipped to provide high quality design. Ideally, you will have an interest/desire to also support with the development of fee proposals and marketing materials, using InDesign.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct and integral support to the two directors by organising their schedules and calendars, and arranging domestic travel arrangements when required.
- Ensure staff members registrations are up to date and compliant
- Utilise InDesign skills by contributing to Bid documentation and fee proposal
- Ensure the operations of day-to-day tasks are running smoothly and ensure staff feel supported.

**Skills and Experience**:

- High level administration and organisational skills, previous experience in a PA role in the design industry preferred
- Ability to use InDesign, desirable not essential.
- Be proactive, with outstanding communication skills
