Glenstone Group is a residential and commercial construction group based in Emu Plains seeking a full time Office Manager to join our growing team.

**Office Manager responsibilities include**:

- Manage and oversee the administration processes, policies, timeframe requirements and procedures of the company in accordance with company policies, terms and conditions and industry guidelines.
- Produce reporting and monitoring structures for the financial and day to day procedures for administration.
- Manage the coordination, supervision and training of administrative staff and day to day workflow processes, procedures and policies.
- Coordinate and report to management and site management teams.
- Provide ongoing training, direction and support for all staff and all project teams for the administration processes and procedures.
- Maintain and manage administration documents and digital online filing systems.
- Maintain professional customer service and provide high quality assistance for staff, clients, vendors, contractors and consultants.
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Human resources
- Payroll for 70 people
