**About the Role**
Remarkable Minds Psychology is a unique Child and Family Psychology service specialising in challenging behaviour and positive parenting. Alongside our well-known ‘Sydney’s Supernanny’ in-home model, we also provide therapy in preschools, schools, and at our beautiful clinic in Kogarah, NSW.

This is a flexible, mobile role where you will travel across Sydney to deliver individualised, evidence-based support to families in their own homes, preschools, and schools.
- Conduct comprehensive social assessments of children and families to identify emotional, behavioural, and social needs
- Complete Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) to identify patterns of behaviour, underlying functions, and relevant environmental influences
- Develop and implement individualised case plans that integrate social work principles with behaviour support strategies to promote positive change
- Provide therapeutic interventions and behavioural support to children and families experiencing trauma, social difficulties, developmental challenges, or behavioural concerns
- Advocate for children and families to ensure access to appropriate services, including NDIS supports, mental health care, school accommodations, and community programs
- Collaborate with schools, early childhood educators, allied health providers, and community agencies to coordinate wraparound supports and implement behaviour support plans
- Educate and empower parents and carers using family-centred coaching and evidence-based behavioural strategies (e.g., ABA, CBT, Positive Behaviour Support) to manage challenges and strengthen relationships
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, using data-driven approaches to adjust intervention strategies for improved behavioural and social outcomes
- Ensure child safety and well-being by identifying and addressing risks, including mandatory reporting of abuse or neglect
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and behaviour support plans in compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards
- Stay current with best practices in social work, behaviour analysis, and child development to continually improve service delivery
