**Make a difference as a Commercial Pricing Strategy Principal**

**Your Role**
As a Commercial Pricing Strategy Principal you’ll be responsible for developing valuable insights on claims cost experience development to inform key strategic and operational decisions within Property Claims Fulfilment (PCF). You’ll work closely with the Property Claims Fulfilment leadership team and other senior stakeholders across Retail Claims and RIA, to develop a strategic response to emerging trends in claims cost experience for PCF.
The core focus of this role is ownership of the strategic supplier spend and network optimisation in line with the PCF strategy.

**This is a permanent position with flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia.**

**About You**
- Demonstrated and advanced understanding of claim trends drivers
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Demonstrated experience at managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders to drive change
- Highly proficient producing reporting and insights at an Executive level
- Experience influencing and leading a team of people along with mentoring and coaching
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or related fields
