An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and passionate individual to join the Technology and Transformation branch as a Business Support Officer at the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
The Technology and Transformation branch leads work on government strategic platforms, core and common platforms, systems and solutions, WOVG technology architecture governance and assurance, specialist capability Centres of Excellence and delivery and management of Digital Victoria's technology solutions.
The Business Support Officer will work within the Project Management Office (PMO) in the Technology and Transformation Branch. The Business Support Officer will be an integral member of the PMO team and will provide project support to enable the successful implementation of Technology and Transformation Branch projects.

- Provide general program administrative support to the PMO Support Lead to enable the successful implementation of projects.
- Provide support and assistance to various internal meetings and workshops
- Ensuring all administrative and program operations documentation is stored correctly and that updates to databases and stakeholder contact lists are actioned in a timely manner
- Maintain and develop collaborative and supportive relationships with Technology and Transformation branch members and work across the branch as required
- Support the smooth onboarding and orientation for all new starters to the program.
