- Hourly rate: $26.64- $31.10 + Superannuation + penalty rates for nights and weekends, and NFP salary packaging (pay up to $18,550 less tax per year, meaning more money for you)

**The requirements | What it takes to do this work**
No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll also need:

- Extensive customer service experience in a customer facing role
- Flexible availability for morning & evening shifts (06:30am -3pm, 3pm - 10:30pm)
- Sound computer literacy skills for accurate and efficient documentation
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Demonstrated strengths in the area of planning, time management, flexibility and technology use
- An understanding of the needs of older people
