As a Partnership Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our partners. Reporting to the Partnership Manager, you'll ensure that partners receive all contracted benefits while developing strong, long-term relationships. Your success will be measured by the partner's satisfaction, their continued collaboration, and your ability to add value to every interaction.

Day to day you will:

- Deliver all contracted partnership benefits seamlessly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business needs and providing solutions.
- Lead timelines and critical paths both internally and with partners to ensure smooth execution of partnership deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of sponsorship benefits.
- Manage partnership documentation and administrative duties.
- Proactively identify and communicate to the team any potential issues and offer solutions to exceed partner expectations.

**Qualifications**
What you’ll bring:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in account management with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- High professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage challenging conversations.
- Strong writing skills and ability to create professional reports and presentations.
- Ability to analyse survey results and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in the events industry will be advantageous.
