UGL Unipart Rail Services Pty Ltd (UGL Unipart) was founded in December 2011 as a Joint Venture between UGL (Australia) and Unipart Rail (UK). UGL Unipart operates a Rail Maintenance Facility at Auburn where it maintains rolling stock for Sydney Trains, Transport for New South Wales and other rail operators.

**About the role**
- **Workplace Rehab & RTW Advisor **to join the Health & Safety team based at out rolling stock maintenance facility in Auburn, Sydney. This role will be offered on a 12 Month fixed term basis working either full time or part time, we can be flexible.
- Reporting to the Senior HSE Advisor, the role of Workplace Rehabilitation & Return to Work Advisor is to provide expert advice and support to the employee and business in relation to injury management, non-work-related injuries, functional/railway Cat medicals in conjunction with management of health surveillance and health monitoring.
- With in this role, you will manage all site-based return to work and injury management processes and associated documentation and work in conjunction with treating health practitioners, allied health providers to facilitate the injured worker’s return to work.

**About you**
- Previous experience within a similar role ideally with in a heavy industry environment
- Return/Advanced Return to Work certificate
- RTW Coordinator training certificate (SIRA approved)
- Workplace rehabilitation training including understanding of workers compensation legislative framework
- Sound knowledge of medical and legal terminology associated with the factors influencing the management of work-related injuries/ illnesses
