**The Role**

An APS 5 - APS 6 ICT Vendor Manager will be accountable for organising their workflow and making independent decisions relating to their area of responsibility. They will interpret and provide commercial advice within the business management function area based on legislation, policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Assist with reporting about supplier performance, customer satisfaction and market intelligence.
- Build and sustain effective working relationships with team members and actively participate in teamwork and group activities.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about contract management activities.
- Evaluate information and assess benefits and options to make informed commercial decisions.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions to issues impacting on the achievement of desired outcomes.
