PMI have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join our production team

What we are looking for
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high volume books finishing role
- Experience working with and maintaining a variety of print equipment such as PUR Binders and Guillotines
- Experience with a range of print finishing stages such as cover making, bindery, sorting and QA
- Ability to stay focused on a daily performance target and demonstrate how you were responsible and accountable for an outcome for your team
- Ability to manage workflow and multitask
- Natural leadership qualities and experience running a successful team
- Knowledge of substrates and print process
- A strong voice to speak up and suggest more innovative ways to do things
- The strive for perfection (we only send out the highest quality)
- Ability to read and interpret reports to structure your team's day

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
