**Position Summary**: As the Team Leader for Service Delivery at our Brunswick site, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the services delivered by support staff. Managing a team of six direct reports, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of support plans, maintaining high-quality service standards, and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Provide strong leadership to a team of support staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development sessions.

**Service Delivery Oversight**:

- Oversee the implementation of support plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to participants.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure compliance with organisational policies and NDIS guidelines.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and uphold quality assurance processes to ensure service standards meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**Staff Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs for support staff and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Support the ongoing professional development of team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

**Client Engagement**:

- Foster positive relationships with participants and their families, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by participants in a timely and empathetic manner.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Establish key performance indicators for the team and regularly monitor performance against these metrics.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Program Manager on team performance, challenges, and achievements.

**Resource Allocation**:

- Effectively allocate resources, including staffing levels, to ensure optimal service delivery and participant satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Cert 4 in Individual Support.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the disability or healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of NDIS policies and procedures.
- Strong organisational and people management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,416.54 - $120,655.36 per year
