**Key responsibilities include**:

- **Customer experience**- provide and ensure customers are given exceptional customer service.
- **Coffee production**- prepare a variety of coffee and beverages according to Merlo standards.
- **Team management & succession planning**- Effectively communicate with all staff to ensure they align with the store and Merlo Coffee’s goals. Coach and mentor staff to consistently exceed expectations in their role.
- **Financial management**- Ensure the store reaches its short
- and long-term goals and budgets.
- **Store management**- Ensure the store is held to a high level of cleanliness and all food and workplace safety procedures are followed including stock and quality control.

**About you**
- Full-Time available: Monday to Friday.
- A proven aptitude and experience in staff management.
- Strong passion for coffee and commitment to the success of Merlo.
- High volume coffee making experience.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach and develop staff.
- A keen interest in long term career progression within the business.
- A fun, hardworking and energetic attitude towards work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
