The Opportunity we have for you:
Ventia are seeking a dynamic Cleaning Supervisor within the Western Sydney region. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, each supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of approximately 80-100 employees across 40 - 50 sites.
The role will involve frequent travel throughout an allocated geographical region in Western Sydney (company provided vehicle), conducting site inspections, meetings and liaison with client sites and completion of timesheets.
Your primary responsibilities would be:

- Regularly conducting cleaning duties to ensure quality standards are met.
- Managing an efficient roster of all employees.
- Conducting inspections of sites, client meetings and payroll duties.
- Ensuring all sites are compliant in relation to site documentation, equipment, chemicals and consumables to achieve contractual compliance.
- Promoting and monitoring safe work practices.

You will bring to us:

- Interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
- Decision making abilities combined with a developed level of innovative thinking.
- An ability to lead, motivate, and influence your staff members to deliver excellent results.
- Demonstrated cleaning supervisory experience or comprehensive cleaning experience with ability to supervise staff.

Please note that as part of the recruitment process, you will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol test) and be able to obtain a police, and Working With Children Clearance (WWCC).
