Joss Cleaning Services is a growing Cleaning company that has been established for over 12 years now. We are an Indigenous owned business. Our office is located at Bella Vista. We are expanding our business and require additional employees to adapt to the ever-changing environment. Joss Cleaning Services have a number of different contracts that range from home cleaning, office cleaning, site shed cleaning along with final cleans for construction sites.

We are looking for a motivated, hands on Supervisor that can think on their feet. The successful applicant will mainly work around the City and Northern Beaches area. Our staff are our greatest asset and are the face of our company. We would not be as successful as we are if it was not for our current team of staff and their hard working efforts.

We offer apprenticeship to staff to help not only service our business in a better way and be a cut above the next cleaning company but to also benefit themselves with educational growth.

**Your duties will include;**
- Site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with contracts.
- Arranging replacement staff for coverage of shifts when staff call in sick or for other emergencies.
- Cleaning where required
- General cleaning and other associated tasks
- Ordering stock
- Rostering staff
- Recruitment
- Setting staff up in new sites

**Some of the requirements for this position will be;**
- Experience in supervisory role is highly desirable
- Experience in cleaning is highly desirable
- Appropriate physical fitness and the capacity to carry out the full range of prescribed duties
- A commitment to punctuality, reliability and pride in work
- Reliable transport
- Must have a current drivers license

**Salary**: $27.00 - $32.50 per hour
